Built a Rust-based MedGemma clinical decision-support pipeline with Terraphim knowledge-graph grounding and multi-agent orchestration. Demonstrated prevention of a 10-fold dosing error in a recorded A/B comparison: raw MedGemma recommended 800 mg of osimertinib, while the knowledge-grounded run recommended 80 mg. Evaluated across 18 scripted cases with CPU/GPU inference.
